Hi, I'm SharonAnn Hamilton — and let me tell you where this all really began.

I didn't set out to write books about balance and bold living. I was simply living my life — raising a family, building a career, doing all the things we're told to do. Then one day, I realized I had entered a new season.

I began to notice the subtle changes in my body — slight instability when I stood up too quickly, a slower pace, a bit of hesitation where there used to be confidence.

I also witnessed my parents aging, and the heartbreak that came with watching them lose their independence little by little. That's when something shifted in me.

I decided I wouldn't wait for life to shrink me. I'd learn. I'd move. I'd strengthen. I'd write. And I'd share everything I learned with others who didn't want to just "grow old" — they wanted to grow bold.

That conviction became the foundation for every book, every coaching conversation, and every Friday Zoom call. Not from a distance — from the middle of the same journey her readers are walking.

That's why SharonAnn wrote Balance for Seniors: How to Avoid Falls That Can Kill You or Worse — a clear, compassionate guide to regaining strength, confidence, and independence, born from watching people she loved lose their footing.

To make the journey more personal, she later created The Balance Game & Journal — exercises, mindset shifts, and journaling prompts that restore both physical steadiness and emotional clarity.
